With over a decade of experience in jury consulting, he helps trial teams develop winning strategies through data-driven jury research, refined trial themes, and targeted jury selection—bringing a deep understanding of juror behavior and a talent for translating complex issues into persuasive courtroom narratives. He created the analytical models that underpin Cogent Legal’s modern approach to jury research and selection and brings hands-on trial prep expertise across jury selection, focus groups, mock trials, trial graphics, and courtroom technology.
